Beginning the process with this data driven slant eliminates all bias, providing a critical analysis. This is important to understand different aspects of the kind of student the child has been, over varied specifications like academics, sports, creative intuitions, behavior and much more.
This phase consists of identifying the skills a child holds, from cognitive skills to social and emotional skills and also recognizing the presence of multiple intelligences. The next step is to link these skills with interest of the student and associating this to existing professions that require the skill set already possessed.
The exploration stage is one of the most exciting ones, where we get to map your skills, interests, data analytics and professional preferences to zero-down (actually three-down) on the most compatible career options. We are constantly communicating with our clients, taking them along our process and this step is no different.
This phase is intense for you, as well as for us. The decision regarding your career path is taken, inclusive of the parents’ and teachers’ thoughts. Once this hill is climbed, the counselling and mentoring sessions commence to provide clarity, assurance and credentials of the professional career that has been chosen.
