Our Story

Rolecall Impetus LLP is a data driven and research based Skill and talent enforcement (career counselling) firm established in 2021. We believe in integrating skill and passion, to fuel the future. With a whole generation of students waiting to explore the world, connecting passion to profession has never been more necessary!  Every child has a unique success story and we work on helping them sculpt their story. Our expertise is used to assist every child in appreciating their uniqueness and figuring out their perfect career path.

Having worked in the HR field for over a decade, our founder and director, Nithya Rajasundaran, consistently saw students being confused about their careers. As time passed, the gravitas of the problem, dawned upon the team. There was no passion, no fuel, no spark and desire to have a fulfilling career simply because students were unaware of their true calling. Nithya Rajasundaran started speaking to such students who were in desperate need of a professional guide. That is how Rolecall Impetus was born. To tackle the confusion faced by students today is our calling.

As a firm, we are of the opinion that parents, family, and friends are a great influence on an individual’s life. Parents can either be a lightning force of enlightenment and guidance or bury their children under a mountain of expectations that will lead them to live an unhappy life. We also encourage parents to act as an engaged motivator while the child is a passionate learner. 

A student’s journey in the school is a long 10 years and the most of their time is spent in school which puts a huge responsibility on the teacher to act as the skilled guide they are and enlighten students to different career paths and help them discover their purpose. We, at Rolecall Impetus, are not just about the students. We are a strong connection between the teachers, the parents and the students. We act as the link between the three so we can create a positive impact on the student’s life.

About the

Potential and Skill Calibration Process

The career counselling procedure at Rolecall Impetus is divided into five parts. Each of these steps must be completed in order to be successful. The stages must also be carried out in the correct order. We don't believe in hurrying the job counselling process since it helps our students achieve greater outcomes.

For middle and high school students, we adapt a five phase counselling approach and we follow a straight forward data analytics strategy for the smaller ones.
